we listened to a lot of things monday night. and in the box of p's i listened to one side of this 7" by jeffrey lee pierce, the song entitled "1. a)open the door osiris b)the fertility goddess c)portrait of the artist in hell"
jem had to hear this immediately.
the more i listen to it, the more i like it.
try saying "fertility" too many times in a gravely, mumbly way. and then it all makes sense.
