Roughly Estimated

sometime ago - have fun, this is chill, move out.

1AM - take fall, think nothing of it, limp toward home. wash up and hop into the bunk.

5AM - wake up to feel gigantic swell on ankle. prop on pillow and attempt to sleep.

10AM - wake second time, realize no weight can be put on foot. hop around room, holding onto furniture to get dressed. realize there is a gap of space between furniture and door...call and ask if she's awake, cry a little and tell her incapable of walking.

11AM - with the aid of 4+ of the best friends a girl can ever have, hop and be carried across campus to health services. get outfitted with ace bandages and ice packs and crutches.

12PM - spend of the rest of the day explaining the crutches.

2PM - hang out on the first floor after grabbing essentials such as laptop and textbook from room. curse you, dorms with no elevator.

7PM - watch a movie.

10PM - celebrate the birthdays of two and a half friends, love them to bits. continue loving them although it is impossible to spend the rest of the night hanging out and being a part of birthday milestones...

12AM - remember that about thirty minutes ago, overheard roommates planning to head out after hanging out in the suite. hope that they stick to the plan.

projected - clean up, ice ankle, waste time on the internet, hope to goodness that waking up will mean a better foot.

THIS SUCKS. AND MY FRIENDS ARE AMAZING PEOPLE. my luck has been brilliant, if meeting them is any indication.
